Partnerships & Donations

volunteer builders working

How does our program work?

Through volunteer labor, management and tax-deductible donations, Habitat builds houses for needy families. The houses are sold at no profit with a no-interest, low-cost mortgage. The partner families make monthly payments over several years. Partner families help in the construction of their own and other houses and must earn 400 sweat equity hours.
